Submission of a quotation request does not create a contractual obligation for 77 Teknik to accept or manufacture the requested products.
All quotations are subject to technical review, commercial conditions, material availability, production capacity and other relevant factors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation is not an acceptance of an order.
4. Technical Review and Clarification
Manufacturing requirements may require technical clarification before a quotation or order can be finalized.
77 Teknik may request additional information, drawings, specifications, samples, standards, inspection requirements or other technical documentation before accepting an order.
Where discrepancies, ambiguities, missing information or manufacturing risks are identified, we may request clarification or propose an alternative manufacturing method.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the technical information provided to 77 Teknik is accurate, complete and suitable for the intended application.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
An order becomes binding only after the relevant commercial and technical conditions have been mutually agreed and confirmed by 77 Teknik in writing.
Depending on the project, the applicable contractual documents may include:

-
Purchase order;

Technical drawings and specifications;

Specific contractual agreements.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific written agreement signed by the parties, the specific written agreement shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the technical and commercial information available at the time of quotation.
Prices may be affected by changes in:
-
Raw material prices;
-
Quantity;
-
Design or specification;
-
Manufacturing process;
-
Surface treatment;
-

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, transportation costs or other charges that are not specifically stated in the quotation.
Payment terms shall be those specified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or commercial agreement.
77 Teknik reserves the right to suspend production or delivery where agreed payments are overdue.
7. Customer-Provided Information and Materials
The customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of all information, drawings, designs, specifications, materials and other documents supplied to 77 Teknik.
The customer represents that it has the necessary rights and authorizations to provide such materials to us and to request their manufacture or processing.
The customer shall be responsible for any claims arising from alleged infringement of third-party intellectual property rights resulting from customer-provided designs, drawings, specifications or materials, except to the extent such infringement results directly from modifications independently introduced by 77 Teknik.
8. Manufacturing Tolerances and Technical Requirements
Manufacturing shall be performed according to the drawings, specifications, standards and requirements expressly agreed for the relevant order.
Where a drawing or specification does not define a particular requirement, applicable general manufacturing practices or mutually agreed standards may be applied.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, 77 Teknik does not guarantee tolerances, surface finishes, material properties, certifications or inspection requirements that have not been specified or agreed in writing.
Any special requirements, including but not limited to PPAP, FAI, material certificates, dimensional reports, welding procedures, special testing or third-party inspection, must be agreed before production.
9. Samples, Prototypes and Approval
For certain projects, 77 Teknik may recommend or require prototype or sample production before series production.
Where a sample or first article is submitted for customer approval, production may proceed according to the agreed approval procedure.
Customer approval of drawings, samples or prototypes may constitute confirmation that the relevant technical requirements are accepted for subsequent production, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and/or changes to the delivery schedule.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to an order after confirmation may affect price, production planning and delivery time.
77 Teknik shall evaluate requested changes and inform the customer of any resulting commercial or technical consequences.

14. Inspection Upon Delivery and Claims
The customer should inspect products promptly after delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage, incorrect quantity or apparent non-conformity should be reported to 77 Teknik within a reasonable period and, where applicable, together with supporting photographs, inspection reports and other relevant evidence.
